You can actually take advantage of a purchase option without immediately committing yourself to buying.

This option will give you to the following :

• Option of choosing the mountain home that pleases you the most – in pre-sale or not
• Possibility of protecting your option for up to 14 days following the signature of the reservation agreement, giving you the time to think about it and to enquire about a mortgage if needed
• A judicious, enlightened investment without pressure

Are you ready? The procedures are simple :

• The deposit is $1,000 per bedroom per unit. This amount is totally refundable – purchase or not
• The cheque has to be made out to "Me Réjean Villeneuve, notary, in trust"
• Write down the name of the manor and its number, the name of the model and its address, the level(s) at which it is located and the sale price of this mountain home
• You will have to print the agreement (in pdf format) and return it by fax to 1. 819. 681. 0015
• Make sure to write down your information: full name, address along with a daytime phone number on your fax cover sheet
• We will return you a signed copy and will contact you
